- 1 box (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk (for puddings)
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip), thawed
- 1–1.5 cups Easter candy eggs (e.g., Cadbury Mini Eggs, M&M’s Eggs)
- Optional: green-dyed shredded coconut, gummy worms, bunny marshmallows
Instructions
- Crush the sandwich cookies using a food processor or zip-top bag with a rolling pin. Set aside 1/2 cup for topping.
- In one bowl, whisk chocolate pudding mix with 1.5 cups cold milk until thickened. Do the same with vanilla pudding in another bowl. Let both set for 5 minutes.
- In a third bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping gently.
- In a 9×13 dish, layer: crushed cookies, chocolate pudding, cream cheese mixture.
- Add another cookie layer, then the vanilla pudding.
- Optionally, top with a thin layer of remaining whipped topping.
- Just before serving, decorate with reserved cookie crumbs, candy eggs, and coconut “grass.”
- Chill at least 2–4 hours or overnight.
