Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (14–16 oz) chocolate sandwich cookies (e.g., Oreos), crushed
  • 1 box (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk (for puddings)
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip), thawed
  • 11.5 cups Easter candy eggs (e.g., Cadbury Mini Eggs, M&M’s Eggs)
  • Optional: green-dyed shredded coconut, gummy worms, bunny marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Crush the sandwich cookies using a food processor or zip-top bag with a rolling pin. Set aside 1/2 cup for topping.
  2. In one bowl, whisk chocolate pudding mix with 1.5 cups cold milk until thickened. Do the same with vanilla pudding in another bowl. Let both set for 5 minutes.
  3. In a third bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping gently.
  4. In a 9×13 dish, layer: crushed cookies, chocolate pudding, cream cheese mixture.
  5. Add another cookie layer, then the vanilla pudding.
  6. Optionally, top with a thin layer of remaining whipped topping.
  7. Just before serving, decorate with reserved cookie crumbs, candy eggs, and coconut “grass.”
  8. Chill at least 2–4 hours or overnight.
