1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
1 teaspoon rose water (optional)
200 grams dark or semi-sweet chocolate
2 tablespoons chopped pistachios (for garnish)
Instructions

2. Pulse pistachios in a food processor, then add condensed milk, cardamom, and rose water. Blend into a thick paste.
3. Add toasted kunefe to the paste and pulse again to mix thoroughly.
4. Roll the mixture into small balls and chill for 30 minutes.
5. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth. Add coconut oil for shine if desired.

7. Place coated balls on a tray and sprinkle with chopped pistachios before the chocolate sets.
8. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until chocolate is fully hardened.
9. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.

Chill the pistachio filling well before dipping to keep shape.
