8 oz whipped topping
1/2 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (for ganache)
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons melted chocolate (for drizzle, optional)
Instructions
1. Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
2. Mix crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill for 15 minutes.
3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, and mix well.
4. Melt the chocolate chips and let them cool slightly. Fold into the cream cheese mixture.
