Ingredients

Scale

1 package (9–12 oz) cheese or spinach-stuffed ravioli

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

2 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a gentle boil. Add ravioli and cook until just al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water and transfer ravioli using a slotted spoon.

2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 2–3 minutes.

3. Add chopped spinach to the skillet and cook for 1–2 minutes until wilted.

4. Lower heat and stir in heavy cream. Let it simmer 3–4 minutes. Add Parmesan and Italian seasoning. Stir gently and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if needed.

5. Gently fold in the cooked ravioli. Simmer for another 1–2 minutes to coat and warm through.

6. Plate and garnish with extra Parmesan and black pepper. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use full-fat heavy cream for a rich, velvety sauce that won’t separate.

Don’t skip the reserved pasta water—it helps emulsify and thicken the sauce.

Add grilled chicken or shrimp for extra protein and heartiness.
