Ingredients
- 8 oz Penne Pasta
- 1 lb Ribeye Steak, thinly sliced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 Small Yellow Onion, thinly sliced
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 ½ cups Shredded Provolone Cheese
- ½ cup Cream Cheese
- ¾ cup Beef Broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika (optional)
- Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear sliced steak quickly (2-3 minutes per side) and remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, sauté onions and bell peppers until softened, about 5-7 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
- Lower the heat and add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and cream cheese. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Return pasta and steak to the skillet. Toss everything together, adding reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
- Sprinkle shredded provolone cheese over the top. Cover skillet briefly to allow cheese to melt.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
