Description

These Nutella Brownies are a rich, gooey, and utterly indulgent treat that brings together the best of chocolate and hazelnut in one decadent square. With their crackly tops and fudgy centers, they’re a perfect balance of textures—crispy on the outside, soft and moist inside.


Ingredients

1 cup Nutella

1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

3/4 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

2. In a large heat-safe bowl, melt the butter and stir in Nutella until smooth.

3. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is thick and glossy.

4. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Fold gently with a spatula until just combined.

5. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan. Add optional Nutella swirls, chocolate chips, or hazelnuts on top.

6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.

7. Cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes, then lift out and slice.

8. Serve as is or pair with your favorite toppings.


Notes

Store at room temperature in an airtight container for 4 days, or refrigerate for up to a week. Freeze for up to 3 months. Use a warm knife for clean cuts. Let brownies cool completely before slicing.
