- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup mini turkey pepperoni (or preferred toppings)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven – Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin or use muffin liners.
- Prepare the Dough – Roll out the pizza dough and cut circles slightly larger than the muffin cups. Press each piece into the muffin tin, forming a deep-dish shape.
- Add the Sauce – Spoon 1-2 teaspoons of pizza sauce into each dough cup, spreading evenly.
- Layer the Cheese and Toppings – Add mozzarella cheese, mini turkey pepperoni, and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake – Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
