Ingredients

Scale

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade)
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup mini turkey pepperoni (or preferred toppings)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven – Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin or use muffin liners.
  2. Prepare the Dough – Roll out the pizza dough and cut circles slightly larger than the muffin cups. Press each piece into the muffin tin, forming a deep-dish shape.
  3. Add the Sauce – Spoon 1-2 teaspoons of pizza sauce into each dough cup, spreading evenly.
  4. Layer the Cheese and Toppings – Add mozzarella cheese, mini turkey pepperoni, and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Bake – Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Garnish & Serve – Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm and enjoy!
