Description

A stunning dessert that’s as rich and indulgent as it looks, this Decadent Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl Pie combines a velvety peanut butter cream cheese filling with a dramatic chocolate ganache swirl. Perfect for holidays, dinner parties, or whenever you need a show-stopping treat, it’s a quick and easy recipe packed with bold flavors. This pie fits perfectly into your list of quick desserts, easy recipes, holiday baking ideas, or sweet food ideas. Each bite is creamy, chocolatey, and completely unforgettable.

Ingredients

Scale

1 1/2 cups chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed

5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

16 ounces cream cheese, softened

3/4 cup creamy peanut butter

3/4 cup powdered sugar

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/4 cup heavy cream (for ganache)

Instructions

1. Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into a springform pan and bake at 350°F for 8–10 minutes. Let cool.

2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter and beat until fully combined.

3. Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Then beat in heavy cream until fluffy.

4. Spread the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top.

5. Melt chocolate chips with 1/4 cup heavy cream to make ganache. Drop spoonfuls on top of filling and swirl with a knife.

6. Refrigerate the pie for at least 6 hours or overnight to set completely.

7. Optionally, garnish with piped chocolate ganache or whipped cream before serving.

8. Use a hot knife to slice for clean, neat servings.

Notes

Use full-fat cream cheese for a richer, more stable filling.

Chill the pie overnight for best texture and clean slices.

A hot knife (warmed and wiped dry) makes for perfect cuts without cracking the ganache swirl.
