2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

5 cloves garlic, minced

4 tablespoons butter, melted

1 cup beef broth

3/4 cup heavy cream

3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

1. Cut steak into bite-sized chunks and pat dry.

2. (Optional) Sear steak pieces in a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes to brown.

3. Add steak to crockpot along with garlic, melted butter, beef broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
