Ingredients

Scale

2 pounds salted dry roasted peanuts

1 pound unsalted dry roasted peanuts

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 cups milk chocolate chips

2 cups peanut butter chips

20 ounces peanut butter candy melts or vanilla almond bark, broken into chunks

Optional festive sprinkles, flaked sea salt, or crushed peppermint for topping

Instructions

1. Layer peanuts (salted and unsalted) into the bottom of your crockpot.

2. Add the chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and candy melts or almond bark on top of the peanuts.

3. Set your crockpot to LOW and cook for 1.5 to 2 hours without stirring.

4. Once melted, stir the mixture thoroughly until the peanuts are fully coated in the chocolate blend.

5. Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop small mounds onto parchment-lined baking sheets.

6. While still warm, immediately sprinkle with festive toppings like sprinkles, salt, or crushed peppermint.

7. Allow the candy clusters to cool completely at room temperature (or chill in the fridge to set faster).

8. Store in an airtight container or package into gift bags or tins.

Notes

For less salty results, you can use all unsalted peanuts.

Don’t forget to layer peanuts at the bottom to avoid burning the chocolate.

Use festive toppings quickly — they stick best while the chocolate is still soft.
