Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) raw shrimp, peeled, deveined, and finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, finely sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 egg white
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs (divided: ½ cup for mixture, ½ cup for coating)
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Sweet chili sauce, for dipping
- Fresh cilantro or parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Chop the shrimp finely for a chunky texture.
