  • 1/2 cup Flour (for coating)
  • 1 large Egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs (or regular breadcrumbs)
  • 1 tbsp Salt (to taste)
  • 1 tsp Pepper (to taste)
  • 4 Flour tortillas (8-inch size)
  • 1 cup Lettuce (shredded or chopped)
  • 1 Tomato (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup Ranch dressing (or more, to taste)
  • Oil for frying (vegetable, canola, or olive oil)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Coat the chicken tenders in flour, dip them in beaten egg, and then coat them with panko breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Fry the Chicken: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken tenders for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.

  3. Prepare the Vegetables: Slice the tomato and chop the lettuce into smaller pieces.

  4. Warm the Tortillas: Heat the tortillas in a skillet or microwave for 10-15 seconds until soft and pliable.

  5. Assemble the Wraps: Lay each tortilla flat and add a layer of lettuce and tomato. Slice the fried chicken and place it over the veggies. Drizzle ranch dressing over the chicken.

  6. Roll It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly to seal. Repeat for the remaining wraps.
