Ingredients

Scale

14 oz extra-firm tofu

1.5 tbsp soy sauce or tamari

1 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil

1.5 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/4 tsp black pepper

1.5 tbsp cornstarch


Instructions

1. Press the tofu for 20–30 minutes.

2. Cut into cubes.

3. Mix marinade and coat tofu.

4. Add cornstarch.

5. Preheat air fryer.

6. Cook 12–15 minutes.

7. Shake halfway.

8. Serve hot.


Notes

Press tofu well.

Do not overcrowd.

Add spice if desired.
