Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds potatoes (Yukon Gold, baby, red, or Russet)
- 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions

Wash and scrub the potatoes well. Pat them dry and cut into even ½-inch pieces.

Place the cut potatoes in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and add smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Toss the potatoes until they are evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.

Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding—cook in batches if needed.
