Ingredients

1 large head broccoli cut into florets

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic minced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

2 tablespoons parmesan cheese grated

1 teaspoon lemon zest optional

1 tablespoon lemon juice


Instructions

1. Wash broccoli thoroughly and dry completely using a towel.

2. Cut into evenly sized florets for even cooking.

3. Place broccoli in a bowl and toss with olive oil.

4. Add garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.

5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.

6. Arrange broccoli in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

7. Cook for 8–12 minutes, shaking halfway through.

8. Remove once crispy and slightly charred.

9. Sprinkle parmesan cheese, lemon zest, and lemon juice before serving.
