Ingredients

Scale

2 1/2 cups bow tie pasta

1 pound ground beef

8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup beef broth

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon butter

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the bow tie pasta and cook until al dente according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.

2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks. Drain excess grease if needed.

3. Season the cooked beef with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and let it cook for 1 minute to deepen the flavor.

4. Pour in the beef broth and milk. Stir until combined and let the mixture warm through.

5. Add the cubed Velveeta cheese to the skillet. Stir gently and continuously over low heat until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth.

6. Add the drained bow tie pasta to the skillet. Toss everything together until the pasta is fully coated in the creamy cheese sauce.

7. Stir in the butter for extra richness and a glossy finish.

8. Serve immediately while hot and creamy.

Notes

Use low heat when melting the Velveeta so the sauce stays smooth and creamy.

Cook the pasta just to al dente so it keeps its shape after being mixed with the sauce.

Add a splash of extra milk during reheating if the sauce thickens too much.
