Ingredients
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup heavy cream
3 cups cold water
2 tablespoons sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
Ice cubes, for serving
Lemon slices, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Juice the lemons until you have 1 cup of fresh juice. Strain to remove pulp and seeds.
2. In a large pitcher, combine sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream. Stir until smooth.
3. Slowly pour in the lemon juice while stirring continuously to prevent curdling.
4. Add 3 cups of cold water and stir to blend. Taste and add sugar if needed.
5. Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
6. Stir again before serving and pour over glasses filled with ice.
7. Garnish with lemon slices if desired and enjoy cold.
Notes
Add lemon juice gradually to prevent curdling when mixing with cream.
