  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta – Boil salted water and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown the Beef – In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Set aside.
  3. Make the Alfredo Sauce – In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add Parmesan Cheese – Gradually stir in grated Parmesan cheese until fully melted and smooth.
  5. Combine Everything – Add the cooked ground beef and pasta to the sauce, tossing well to coat. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat.
