1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

2. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and rest.

3. In a pot of boiling salted water, cook linguine according to package directions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water and drain.
