- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken
- Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Sear the Chicken
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

- In the same pan, add the garlic cloves and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
