Description

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups cottage cheese

8 oz cream cheese

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 large eggs (optional, for baking version)

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/3 cup melted butter

1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and salt. Press into a springform pan and chill or bake at 350°F for 8 minutes.

2. Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth.

3. Beat cream cheese until soft, then mix in blended cottage cheese, sugar, and vanilla.

4. Add eggs one at a time if baking. Mix just until combined.
