2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder

3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic minced
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 (20 oz) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
3 cups fresh baby spinach
1 tablespoon olive oil or butter (optional)

Instructions
1. Pat chicken breasts dry and slice horizontally. Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper, then season the chicken.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and let rest.
