Ingredients

Scale

12 oz bowtie pasta

1 tbsp olive oil

1 lb beef sirloin or tenderloin, cubed

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

3 tbsp unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 ½ cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ tsp Italian seasoning

¼ cup reserved pasta water

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add bowtie pasta and cook until al dente. Reserve ¼ cup of the water, then drain and set aside.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sear in batches 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

4. Slowly pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly. Let simmer 2–3 minutes to thicken slightly.

5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Return cooked pasta and beef to skillet. Stir to coat everything in the sauce. Add reserved pasta water if needed to loosen.

7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for a smoother sauce.

Let cream come to room temperature before adding to the pan.

Sear beef in batches for the best texture.
