Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
8 small cubes brie cheese (about 1-inch each)
1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Pinch salt
Optional flaky sea salt for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.
2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, thyme, garlic powder, and salt. Set aside.
3. Open biscuit dough and cut each biscuit in half (for 16 pieces). Flatten each piece into a circle about 2.5 inches wide.
4. Place a cube of brie in the center of each dough circle. Add 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top.
5. Fold the dough around the filling and pinch the edges to seal. Roll into a ball shape.
6. Place seam-side down in muffin tin. Brush tops with butter mixture and sprinkle extra thyme or sea salt.
7. Bake for 13–16 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
8. Cool for 5 minutes, then remove from pan and serve warm.
Notes
Use cold brie and chilled dough for easier handling and cleaner assembly.
Seal the edges of the dough tightly to prevent cheese leaks during baking.
Garnish with fresh thyme and flaky sea salt after baking for a professional finish.
