  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp melted butter (optional, for panko)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden. Transfer to a baking dish.
  4. Spread ranch dressing evenly over each piece of chicken.
  5. Top with provolone or mozzarella, followed by Parmesan cheese.
