Description

A creamy, no-bake dessert with a buttery graham cracker crust, smooth and tangy cream cheese filling, and a luscious cherry pie topping. This classic treat is perfect for holidays, gatherings, or a nostalgic sweet fix.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip or similar)
  • 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix well.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form an even crust. Chill for 30 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla extract and mix until fully incorporated.
  5. Gently fold in the whipped topping with a spatula.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust evenly.
  7. Spoon the cherry pie filling over the top and spread gently.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Slice, serve cold, and enjoy!
