- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip or similar)
- 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix well.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form an even crust. Chill for 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and mix until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping with a spatula.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust evenly.
- Spoon the cherry pie filling over the top and spread gently.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Slice, serve cold, and enjoy!
