- 1/4 cup milk

- 2 tablespoons butter (for frying)
- Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)
Instructions
- Flatten each bread slice with a rolling pin.
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese or Nutella on one side if using.
- Roll each slice tightly and press the edge to seal.
- In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar.
- Dip each roll-up in the egg mixture, coating all sides.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
