- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
- Cooking spray (optional)
Instructions
- Peel and slice bananas into 1/8-inch thick rounds.
- Toss slices in lemon juice if using, to prevent browning.
- In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
- Lightly coat both sides of banana slices with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Spray air fryer basket with oil if using, then place banana slices in a single layer.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Transfer chips to a cooling rack to crisp up fully before storing or serving.
