Ingredients

  • 2 ripe but firm bananas
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
  • Cooking spray (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice bananas into 1/8-inch thick rounds.
  2. Toss slices in lemon juice if using, to prevent browning.
  3. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Lightly coat both sides of banana slices with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  5. Spray air fryer basket with oil if using, then place banana slices in a single layer.
  6. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Transfer chips to a cooling rack to crisp up fully before storing or serving.
