Ingredients

Scale

12 oz white chocolate, finely chopped

1/3 cup heavy cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/3 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped

1/3 cup pistachios, shelled and finely chopped

1 tbsp unsalted butter (optional)

1/2 cup powdered sugar for coating

Instructions

1. Melt the white chocolate gently using a double boiler or microwave in short intervals. Stir until smooth.

2. Add heavy cream and vanilla extract. If using, mix in butter for extra silkiness.

3. Fold in the cranberries and pistachios evenly.

4. Chill the mixture for 1–2 hours until firm but moldable.

5. Scoop and roll into small balls using a spoon or cookie scoop.

6. Roll each ball in powdered sugar for a snowy finish.

7. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Let them sit a few minutes at room temperature before eating.

Notes

Always use high-quality white chocolate for the smoothest melt and best flavor.

Don’t skip chilling – it's key to forming perfect truffles without a sticky mess.

Coat in powdered sugar just before serving to keep them looking fresh and snowy.
