- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- Powdered sugar for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- Arrange the croissants in the baking dish, layering them with chocolate chunks.
