Ingredients
For the Cookie Dough Center
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (heat-treated if preferred)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
For the Brownie Batter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped or chips
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
For the Peanut Butter Glaze
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons milk (adjust for consistency)
Toppings
- Additional mini chocolate chips for garnish
Instructions

Prepare Cookie Dough:

Cream butter, sugars until fluffy. Add milk and vanilla.

Mix in flour and salt, then fold in chocolate chips.

Roll into 1-inch balls and chill for at least 30 minutes.

Make Brownie Batter:

Melt butter and chocolate. Stir in sugar, then eggs and vanilla.

Fold in cocoa powder, flour, and salt.

Assemble:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease muffin pan.

Spoon brownie batter into each cavity, add cookie dough ball, cover with more batter.
