Ingredients
1 ½ cups pecans
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 cup dark corn syrup
½ cup brown sugar, packed
3 large eggs
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup bourbon
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Instructions
1. 1. Prepare the pie crust by fitting it into a 9-inch pie dish and setting it aside in the fridge.
2. 2. Toast the pecans in a 350°F oven for 5-10 minutes, until fragrant. Cool and roughly chop.
3. 3. In a large bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and flour.
