- ¾ cup buttermilk

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ cups milk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Pound the chicken breasts to ½-inch thickness for even cooking.
- Set Up the Breading Station: In a bowl, whisk eggs and buttermilk. In another bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, cayenne, and baking powder.
