Ingredients

Scale

For the Chicken Filling:

  • 2 ½ cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Biscuit Topping:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 2–3 quart baking dish.

  2. Prepare filling: In a large bowl, mix chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, frozen vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Assemble base: Pour the filling into the baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle half the cheese over it.

  4. Add biscuits: Cut biscuit dough into quarters. Scatter evenly over the top.

  5. Top & bake: Sprinkle remaining cheese over biscuits. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until biscuits are golden and filling is bubbling.

  6. Garnish: Let rest 5 minutes. Brush biscuit tops with melted butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving (optional).
