- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 3/4 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
- 1 tbsp melted butter (for brushing tops)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
