  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or crescent dough)
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 3/4 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp melted butter (for brushing tops)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Separate dough and flatten each piece into 4-inch rounds.
  4. Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the filling into the center of each dough circle.
  5. Fold edges over filling, pinch to seal, and place seam-side down in the muffin tin.
  6. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with extra cheese if desired.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
