- 3 large eggs

- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water

Step 1: Prepare the Crust
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, mix the chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool while preparing the filling.

- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, melted dark chocolate, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
