- 12 oz rigatoni pasta

- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain.
