Ingredients

Scale

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons butter

3 cloves garlic minced

1 ½ cups heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

10 ounces bowtie pasta

½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions

1. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken until golden and fully cooked, about 5-6 minutes per side. Remove and let rest.

3. Meanwhile, boil bowtie pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain, reserving some pasta water.

4. In the same skillet, lower heat and melt butter. Sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds.

5. Add heavy cream to the skillet and gently simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently.

6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and let it melt into a smooth sauce.

7. Toss in the cooked pasta, coating it in the Alfredo sauce. Add a splash of pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.

8. Slice the rested chicken and place on top of the pasta or mix it in.

9. Season with salt and pepper as needed. Garnish with chopped parsley and extra cheese if desired.

10. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan cheese for a smoother, creamier Alfredo sauce.

Don’t skip resting the chicken — it locks in all the juices and flavor.

A splash of reserved pasta water helps loosen the sauce and make it silky.
