2 large chicken breasts (cubed)

10 oz rotini pasta

4 cloves garlic (minced)

3 tablespoons butter (divided)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt to taste

Instructions

1. Cook rotini pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water and drain.

2. Season cubed chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
