Ingredients
Strawberries:
- 1 pound fresh strawberries (large, firm)
Cheesecake Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tbsp heavy cream
Graham Cracker Topping:
- 3 graham crackers (finely crushed)
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp brown sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and thoroughly dry strawberries. Cut off stems to create a flat base.
