Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup sour cream
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a 9-inch springform pan.
2. Melt butter and mix with granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
3. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined. Bake 20–25 minutes.
4. Beat cream cheese until smooth then add sour cream, powdered sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla.
5. Mix in heavy cream until smooth and creamy.
6. Pour cheesecake filling over the cooled brownie base.
7. Wrap pan with foil and place in water bath.
8. Bake at 300°F (149°C) for 50–60 minutes until slightly jiggly.
9. Turn oven off and cool with door slightly open for 30 minutes.
10. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
11. Heat caramel sauce with chocolate chips until smooth.
