- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Frosting:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings:
- Caramel sauce
- Streusel crumbs or chopped nuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Whisk dry ingredients together.
- Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, vanilla, and sour cream.
