Ingredients

Scale

2 lbs kielbasa sausage sliced into 1/2-inch rounds

1 1/2 cups brown sugar packed

3/4 cup barbecue sauce

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Cooking spray or foil for baking

Instructions

1. Slice the kielbasa into 1/2-inch rounds.

2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet or shallow dish with foil and spray with cooking spray.

3. In a large bowl, whisk together brown sugar, barbecue sauce, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder.

4. Add kielbasa slices to the bowl and toss until fully coated in glaze.

5. Spread kielbasa in a single layer on the baking dish and pour excess glaze over the top.

6. Bake for 35–45 minutes, stirring once or twice until the glaze is bubbly and caramelized.

7. Let cool slightly, then serve warm with toothpicks or over rice.

Notes

For best caramelization, don’t crowd the pan—use two trays if needed.

Let the kielbasa marinate in the glaze overnight for deeper flavor.

These bites stay warm beautifully in a slow cooker set to “warm” for serving.
