Description

Get ready to fall in love with this rich and creamy Buckeye Dip – the perfect no-bake dessert combining peanut butter and chocolate in a smooth, irresistible blend. This dip is ideal for parties, snack boards, and quick dessert ideas. It is easy to make and pairs wonderfully with pretzels, crackers, and fruit.

Ingredients

Scale

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

1/3 cup light brown sugar, packed

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp salt

3/4 cup mini chocolate chips

1 tbsp chocolate sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

1. Soften cream cheese and butter at room temperature.

2. Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.

3. Mix in creamy peanut butter until fully combined.

4. Add powdered sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt. Mix until fluffy.

5. Fold in mini chocolate chips gently.

6. Chill for at least 30 minutes.

7. Top with extra chocolate chips and sprinkles before serving.

8. Serve with pretzels, graham crackers, or apple slices.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese and butter for smooth texture.

Avoid natural peanut butter because it separates.

Chill before serving for best consistency.
