Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (optional)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the blueberries and let them drain completely.
  2. Thinly slice the peaches and place them in a large mixing bowl with the blueberries.
  3. Crumble the feta over the fruit.
  4. Add the sliced basil leaves.
