- 12 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain fat.
- Add garlic to beef and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let simmer 5–7 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine hot spaghetti with softened cream cheese until evenly coated.
- Spread a small amount of meat sauce in the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer spaghetti mixture on top of sauce.
- Pour remaining meat sauce over spaghetti.
