Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)
  • 1 lb ground beef (preferably 85/15)
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Season with salt and pepper. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Lower the heat to medium-low. Pour in Alfredo sauce, add heavy cream, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Stir to combine and let it simmer gently for 3–4 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
  6. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of reserved pasta water to loosen it up.
  7. Remove from heat. Garnish with the remaining Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
