2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sriracha
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1⁄3 cup panko breadcrumbs
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped scallions (optional)
1 teaspoon sesame seeds or crushed peanuts (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Wash and dry the broccoli florets completely. Cut into bite-size pieces.
3. Toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
4. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet without crowding.
5. Roast for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden at the edges.
6. Meanwhile, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, sweet chili sauce, lime juice, and garlic powder until smooth.
7. Toast the breadcrumbs in a dry skillet over medium heat until golden, stirring frequently.
8. Once broccoli is done, let cool slightly, then toss with bang bang sauce.
9. Sprinkle toasted breadcrumbs over the top.
10. Garnish with scallions or sesame seeds if using. Serve warm or chilled.
Notes
Use fresh, dry broccoli to get the best roasted texture.
If you’re storing leftovers, keep the sauce separate until serving.
Adjust sriracha and sweet chili levels to suit your preferred heat.
