- 3 ripe but firm pears (Bosc or Anjou preferred)
- 4 oz goat cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup fresh or dried cranberries
- 2–3 tbsp honey (plus extra for drizzling)
- 1 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
- 1 tbsp melted butter (optional)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Wash, dry, and halve the pears. Scoop out cores with a melon baller or spoon.
- If needed, slice a sliver off the bottom so pears sit flat.
- Fill each pear cavity with 1 to 1.5 tbsp of goat cheese.
- Add cranberries on top of the goat cheese.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon. Add brown sugar and melted butter if using.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until pears are fork-tender and caramelized.
- Let cool slightly, then drizzle with more honey and garnish with rosemary.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
