Whether you’re looking for an easy recipe for gifting, a quick dessert idea for parties, or just a cozy night-in snack, this simple yet sophisticated fudge delivers big on flavor. Great for holidays, celebrations, or any day you need a sweet pick-me-up!

Ingredients

Scale

3 cups white chocolate chips

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup dark chocolate (for drizzle)

Instructions

1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.

2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and salt while stirring constantly until smooth.

3. Remove from heat and stir in Bailey’s Irish Cream and vanilla extract until fully combined.

4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top evenly.

5. Melt dark chocolate and drizzle it over the fudge in a zigzag pattern.

6. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until firm (or freeze for 1 hour).

7. Lift the fudge from the pan, slice into squares, and serve.

Notes

Use high-quality white chocolate for a smoother, creamier result.

Always add the Bailey’s off heat to preserve flavor and texture.

For neater slices, use a hot knife and clean it between each cut.
